In the first series are cemetery records (Myers Cemetery, Lancaster Co., Pa.?, 1968), marriage records for Lancaster Co., Pa. (1877-1917) and residential directories: Twins in Adams County, Ind. (1984); Amish bishops in Ohio (n.d.); Dover, Del. and St. Mary's County, Md. (1970); Old Order Amish in Texas (1985 & 1987); Mennonites in Civilian Public Service for 1948. Directories for Spartansburg, Pa. (1966-1974), Troutville, Pa. (for 1990), and Milton, Iowa (1986?) provide birth, death and moving dates for families in the area as well. The second series contains various accounts of persons and families. Biographical portraits of David Beiler, Jacob Beiler, Jacob Hochstetler (1704-1776?), Jacob S. and Amanda (Yoder) Summy, and Abraham S. Yoder are included. A report on a 1976 trip to Paraguay lists the families settled in that country. The writing books of Sarah Beiler (1875-1899?), Barbara Lapp, Elizabeth Lapp, and Lydia Fisher Petersheim provide detailed genealogical information from 1776. Family records for the Fisher, Jacob J. Mast, Bishop John P. Mast, Miller, and Jacob Schweitzer families are included.
